I know it is hard but you need to be a little more assertive. Girls like to know they have been noticed. Might have said something like I noticed you in class. Don't be gross and say how sexy you think she is just that you noticed her. Also find out where she hangs out and start showing up. She needs to know you are interested. Girls are more likely to think about you if they already know you have an eye on them. Good luck.
