Ps3 wont let me download 2 free games?

ok i know alot of people ask the question so please bare with ok so this is my problem i just got a ps3 like 4 days ago and of course i sighed up and everything and saw the welcome back but this is my problem i press x on the welcome back and it lead to another page then there this box that says welcome back and it says to click that but im pressing the x button and nothing happening it just does nothing please help should i contact sony
