Gift for best friend :) ?

Her favourite sweets/chocolate and you both can enjoy them yum yum yum :D Or just keep a eye out of what she picks up in a shop but puts back down, then buy it for her after she obviously wants it but something made her not buy it maybe she thought she wouldnt need it but when she sees you got her it she will be like WOW thats so freaky how did you know ;)
