APB Reloaded Question?

Ok i just signed up and made a Gamersfirst account to play Apb Reloaded. I then downloaded the game and i try to login and i get error (10010). i know im entering my information correctly so taht's not the problem. please i want to play this game. can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it right away.
