Boyfriend starting to open up or?!!?

last night i was on the fone with my boyfriend. he told me about his new skateboard he got and said how it was sick but his old one was much better. so i asked hi about it and he said ohh its at my ex girlfriends house still from years ago so i had to buy a new one. i said ohh you never got it he goes no i wud neverrr do taht! i dont even talk to her at all i dont even have her number anymore... i was like ohhh woww well that sucks if it was a good one! he goes nooo its wateverr i didnt ask him more about what happened between them all ikno is they were long distance for years and because of her "his perspective on relationships changed" i am glad hes opening up but im jus curious maybe she cheated on him? i wouldnt want that to be a red flag taht at the end of us (if and wen that is) it will b so bad that he will delete my number?! haha im not too worried about this im jw what yall think
