Which core Army value would this fall under?

Core values just seemed like such a ridiculous concept to me. Name me one organization of anykind in all of human history that hasn't championed loyalty, duty, selfless service, etc. So generic. It's absolutely retarded that the Army expected us to memorize some assinine list that has nothing to do with anything just so they could have something to ask us when we finally got to the board a few years down the road.
