Do you think this man is too immature for a mature relationship?

I met this man and I love him, but I am talking to him about moving in and stuff, and he is like, lets wait a year, and I am like i have money saved and we coudl afford a place. i said we could get a more affordable cell plan for a while and maybe go a while without the Internet, and use my mom's computer, she would not mind. And he is like well we need the internet and I am like, its only for a year until you get a cheapter apartmetn (cause he is on a list for a cheapter place, but its not a sure thing and could take a couple of yaers). Then he is like, whats wrong wtih a year, so we got into a quaral, so I was like, what is wrong with saving. he is 35, older than me, and still lives with his mom, I do too, but I am younger than him. I was like why did you wait so long to apply for that more affordable apartmetn, and he was like I didn't have a girl. Why would he have to have a girl to move out? He is 35, certainly getting his own place would've made it better in finding a girl, bringing dates over after and stuff. So he I am like what's wrong with having a little less for a while, and he is like maybe we could find soemthing, lets see. So its not only that, but he could be very immature. he is 35 and his mom treats him like a child, doing his laundry and making him clean hsi room. his sister babys him too. Also, he acts like a teenager with his friends, going on rides and stuff, which I like too, but he goes to amuesemtn parks all teh time, I like it occasionally. Like he wants me to go with him and him and sisters group to the water park, which I will do, byut his friends are very routy and childish, I love them, but tehy could be too much and they6 are pushying, liek go on this ride, even if I say I dont want to. Also, his friends make him burn rubber in teh car, another words hit the gas really fast, which is not only dangerous, but could ruin his tires which are veyr expensive! I told him taht hsi not repsonsible, which he agreed, but is that a sign of immaturity that he does all this?
