Do you agree with Comrade Obama that we need to stop technological advances to "create jobs"?

Now Comrade Obama is blaming technology like the 40+ year old ATM machine for the failure of his Keynesian government spending orgy. Do you agree with Comrade Obama that if we stop innovation we will "create jobs" and get to his big government, central planning economic nirvana?
